		<description>Here are the steps:

Step 1: Make a copy of the layer
Step 2: Apply a Gaussian Blur to the layer copy
Step 3: To that layer change the blending mode to Overlay
Step 4: Use the eraser tool to remove the gaussian effect from the model and clothing. I do this to bring back details from her hair and clothing.
Step 5: Desaturate the layer copy
Step 6: and final step, merge all layers

I hope this helps. This is similar to an over processed photo effect but with much more control over the image.</description>
